This event is the perfect way for individuals, groups, and families of all ages to celebrate the end of summer! All ages are welcome with parent/guardian supervision.

what to expect

Answers to the most common questions.

  • This is a family friendly event. Summit Kids will be available for newborn–age 5. Younger kids can help right alongside their family, also.

  • Yes, we will have chairs available.

  • We will have all the supplies necessary to safely pack the food.

  • For this event Lifeline is supplying all of the bulk food items to be sent and stored.

  • To ensure we have enough space for families to serve together, it would be most helpful if you registered and let us know how many people will be serving.

  • We are sending the finished food packs most likely to Dominican Republic.

  • We are still planning out the meals. They will be something similar to mac and cheese, beans and rice, etc.

  • Yes! We will have QR codes available where you can donate directly to help offset the cost of the food items we will be packing.
